Application Requirements
1. A Completed official Application (see below form)
2. Color photos of the full front & back of your guard and band uniforms (see Band Media section of the application form)
3. A video of the band in a marching performance (field show preferred). This can be submitted via a link such as YouTube or video hosting platform (see Band Media section of the application form).
4. Band Resume including:
A. competitions and ratings
B. parades or festivals
C. awards and special honors
D. Band Director’s Biography
E. (Optional) Letters of recommendation from music educators and/or parade/festival directors
5. (Optional) Press/promotional materials (i.e. newspaper clippings, programs, etc)
Note: Please be certain all correspondence includes a current address and telephone number for your group
* INCOMPLETE APPLICATION MATERIALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BY THE SELECTION COMMITTEE.
Application Form
Please complete the following and return with all requested materials by October 1 of the year prior for priority consideration. Qualified bands who apply after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at the discretion of the selection committee. All applicants will be notified in writing.
